Christian F. Schilt
Christian Frank Schilt (19 March 1895 – 8 January 1987) was one of the first United States Marine Corps aviators. He saw action with Leatherneck air units in World Wars I and II, the Haitian and Nicaraguan campaigns and the Korean War. He was awarded the Medal of Honor for using his biplane to evacuate wounded Marines under fire in Nicaragua.
