Cpk, Cp, Cr
Cpk, Cp, Cr:
Potential capability (Cp) - This is the simplest and most straightforward indicator of process capability. It is defined as the ratio of the specification range to the process range; using ± 3 sigma limits we can express this index as:
Cp = (USL-LSL)/(6*Sigma)
Put into words, this ratio expresses the proportion of the range of the normal curve that falls within the engineering specification limits (provided that the mean is on target, that is, that the process is centered).
Non-centering correction (K) We can correct Cp for the effects of non-centering.
Specifically, we can compute:
K = abs(Target Specification - Mean)/(1/2(USL-LSL))
This correction factor expresses the non-centering (target specification minus mean) relative to the specification range. Demonstrated excellence (Cpk). Finally, we can adjust Cp for the effect of non-centering by computing:
Cpk = (1-k)*Cp
If the process is perfectly centered, then k is equal to zero, and Cpk is equal to Cp. However, as the process drifts from the target specification, k increases and Cpk becomes smaller than Cp.
Capability ratio (Cr) - This index is equivalent to Cp; specifically, it is computed as 1/Cp (the inverse of Cp).

Cipher Pol
Cipher Pol (サイファーポール, Saifāru pōru) is an organization in the popular manga and anime series One Piece. The Cipher Pols serve the World Government along with the Shichibukai (or Seven Warlords) and the Navy, as a police force. The Cipher Pols number from 1-8; however, there is also a secret ninth Cipher Pol, Cipher Pol Number Nine (サイファーポールナンバーナイン, Saifāru pōru nanbā nain). 'Cipher' means number and 'Pol' is short for Police (as in Interpol), giving Cipher Pol the meaning "Number Police" denoting the numbered squads (1-9).
CP9
CP9 (シーピーナイン, Shī pī nain) is a "secret" organization, formed of people able to use Rokushiki, six powerful skills only known to its members. CP9 also has special privileges not available to normal Cipher Pol squadrons, like the ability to kill any person perceived as a threat to world stability. More recently, CP9 was gifted, under the authority of Admiral Aokiji, the ability to initiate a "Buster Call", a powerful strike force of ten warships which hunt down and destroy any particular criminal group unfortunate enough to be targeted, along with the island. There are currently eight members of CP9 (Formerly nine).| See more at Wikipedia.org... |
Pentamethylcyclopentadiene
1,2,3,4,5-Pentamethylcyclopentadiene is a cyclic diolefin with the formula C5Me5H (Me = CH3). 1,2,3,4,5-Pentamethylcyclopentadiene is the organic precursor to the 1,2,3,4,5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl-ligand (often denoted as Cp* to signify the five methyl groups radiating from the periphery of this ligand as in a five-pointed star).
